I have developed Villa Dell' Artista (an artist's villa) out of a former carriage house in Woodruff Place, Indianapolis, and created a beautiful space filled with more than 60 of my original paintings, mostly of Italy. I am offering the villa as a location for organizations to hold gatherings.

Villa Dell' Artista is furnished with antiques from my family, as well as carpets from the English Opera House and Hotel which were once located on Monument Circle, Indianapolis. visitors will be among the first people to walk on them since the English building was razed in the late 1940s. Decorative bronze statues beautifully accompany paintings. In addition, the villa contains an historic Steinway upright piano that is in tune and available for entertainment purposes.

Not-for-profit organizations would be welcome to use the villa free of charge for a festive occasion. Recently, the Decorative Arts Society held a reception in the villa an doutside in the gardens. For-profit organizations would be subject to a small rental fee.
